PURPOSE:To provide a precise slide part having high lubricating property and high abrasion resistance and driven without oiling, by forming a composite film of an organometalic compound and an org. high-molecular compound on a surface of the precise slide part. CONSTITUTION:A precise slide part such as a portable watch parts or the like is immersed in a solution containing an organometalic compound such as Al (OC3H7)3 or C4H9COOTi and an org. high-molecular compound such as PVC or PVA and, baked at 60-200 deg.C for 5-120min to form a composite film having a thickness of 1,000-20,000Angstrom , coefficient of friction of 0.04-0.25 and pencil hardness of 3H-9H. USE:Said part is used in a wrist watch, a camera, a cassette tape recorder or the like. |
