<p>The tube-bending rolling press has a semicircular rotary punch, a fixed die, and a mandrel mounted on the end of a bar fixed to a frame. The frame (1) can tilt into any position, and the actuating lever (14) for the punch (8) can be mounted in two positions 180 degrees apart. The length of the bar (16) for the mandrel (17) is adjustable, while there are datum marks (21) on the punch for the mandrel position. The mandrel has circular datum marks (22) for positioning the tube (10), and positioning datum marks (23) are also provided on the die (9). The frame is fixed to a support by two bearings (3), each with an adjuster (4) and clamp (5).</p> |
