PURPOSE:To provide a seal which maintains close contact with a piston rod without creating a neck gap even when an oil seal lip causes low temperature hardening by using a material having rubber elasticity at low temp. at the core part of the oil seal. CONSTITUTION:A core part 4 with good rubber elasticity at low temp. is formed by baking the larger diameter side of a silicon rubber material in a truncated conical cylinder shape integrally to the tip of the flange of a cylindrical core metal 1'. A sealing rubber material 5 of nitrile rubber or fluoro rubber, etc. having good abrasive resistance is baked onto it wrapping around said core part 4 thereby integrally forming an oil seal lip 5a and a dust seal lip 5b.
