PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition outstanding in frictional properties, wear resistance, etc. without impairing mechanical properties, thus suitable for sliding members such as plain bearings, by incorporating a straight chain polyphenylene sulfide resin with each specified amount of a fluororesin and oxybenzoyl polyester. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by incorporating (A) 30-85wt.% of a straight chain polyphenylene sulfide resin with (B) 5-30wt.% of an oxybenzoyl polyester having recurring units of formula and (C) 10-60wt.% of a fluororesin (e.g., polytetrafluoroethylene). |
