PURPOSE:To eliminate possible elongation and flaw of a coil when it is raked down by bending a slant plate up at the position deviated to the axis from the point at which the slant plate engages a transmission means. CONSTITUTION:A slant plate 11 is bent at a mobile winding frame 3b up to an angle greater than that of the inclination thereof. The proper bending position is located on the side of axis from a transmission means comprising a spherical bearing 8 and a bearing holder 9. In this example, the slant plate is bent at the axis. This maintains the height of the lower dead point constant at a coil holding rod 5b of the mobile winding frame regardless of the position of the mobile winding frame 3b. Therefore, a slightly greater length of the coil holding rod 5b than that of the coil holding rod 5a enables the coil to be lowered almost horizontally with the coil holding rods 5 even when the coil is formed according to any laying thickness. |
