PURPOSE:To achieve real-time operation between a blood sugar analyzing meter and a printer by simplifying constitution by providing the blood sugar analyzing meter with an interface function on a controller side. CONSTITUTION:As paper is fed by actuating a printer P under the command of a CPU, a synchronizing signal generated by the printer P is supplied as an interruption request signal to the CPU, which interrupts the execution of a series of programs and starts the execution of a printer program. Consequently, the helical scanning of a printing head is performed to form prescribed character patterns. In this case, the printer program, while synchronizing the scanning line of the printer with its direction, outputs prescribed dot patterns stored in a memory as on and off signals to a prescribed driver group to drive prescribed heads. |
