PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized and simple copying machine for many copies of low power consumption, by providing a means, which brings an ink donor and a cut paper into contact with each other closely by pressure, and carries them onto a thermal recording head in parallel, and a means which separates only a form, where information is recorded already, from a donor member. CONSTITUTION:A platen 2 is provided for setting an original on a copying machine 1, and a read unit 4 is provided which is rciprocated relatively to this platen 2 to read image information of the original and converts the read signal to an electric image signal. A recording paper supply roll 14 and an ink donor web supply roller 23 are provided in the copying machine 1, and a thermal recording head 28 having heating elements, which emit head in accordance with electric image information from the unit 4, is provided in a side of an ink donor web 22 opposite to the side of a back roller 21. The ink donor web 22 and a web-form recording paper 15 are brought into contact with each other closely by pressure by the back roller 21 and are carried onto the head 28 in parallel and are ejected under this close state by an ejecting roller 16 and are cut by an auto-cutter 17, thus copying many recording papers with a simple constitution. |
