<p>An apparatus for treating ships' hulls in a dry dock has a carriage movable horizontally on a longitudinal wall of the dry dock and having upper and lower portions, a control cabin located on the upper portion of the carriage, working platform or device connected with the carriage and pivotable about at least one vertical and horizontal axis, working aggregates for operating the apparatus, a container located in the region of the lower portion of the carriage under water in filled condition of the dry dock and being water-tight and accommodating the working aggregates, and a plurality of conduits including at least one fresh air supply conduit extending to the container and at least one exhaust gas and spent air discharge conduit extending from the container, wherein the conduits extend up to the upper portion of the carriage.</p> |
