PURPOSE:To decrease the temperature dependancy, by applying a bias magnetic field to a magnetic resistive element connecting current paths in series and changing the magnetic field by + or -DELTAtheta at the approach of a conductive magnetic substance. CONSTITUTION:A bias power supply 26 is connected across a magnetic resistive element 20 where the 1st and 2nd current paths 21 and 22 are connected in series, to flow a bias current IB. A bias magnetic field HB with an angle theta0 is applied to the paths 21, 22 with the bias magnet. A magnetic field HB is biased by + or -theta through the approach of a conductive magnetic rod 28 and an unbalanced voltage output DELTAV to V0/2 produced at an output terminal 25 is DELTAV=K1V0.sin2 DELTAtheta. At theta0=45 deg., when theta=0, the temperature drift is zero. |
