In this invention, a spring support which receives one end of a needle spring to urge a needle in reset direction is free to move forwards or backwards, during the assembling work the spring support is disposed in the top end direction of the needle thereby the needle is stable at inserting state of the top end in the needle guide, after completion of the assembling work the spring support is moved rearwards and fixed, and the needle is supplied with restoring force by compression of the needle spring.
