<p>The plant uses a wind turbine (1) with a rotational axis (2) extending perpendicular to the wind direction, the rotational moment delivered to the turbine (1) coupled to an electrical generator (4) or a pump. The turbine (1) a guide surface (3) positioned in front of it relative to the wind direction, its longitudinal axis extending parallel to the turbine axis (2). Pref. the guide surface (3) has a constant cross-section throughout its length. It may comprise a sheet metal plate angled towards the turbine axis (2), with a roller attached to it for automatically aligning it with the wind direction. The plant is compact and efficient.</p> |
