The date planning appliance has clamping strips (1a, 1b, 1c) which are subdivided along their upper edge into individual lamellae (7) by means of incisions (6). As a result, each lamella, when numerous individual markings (8) are inserted behind it, can be bent relatively sharply and independently of the other lamellae. The latter, even if they are immediately next to this lamella and, for example, exhibit only a single signal, exert a contact pressure thereon which is uninfluenced by the accumulation of the signals next door. As a result, any drop-out or displacement of such individual signals is avoided. <IMAGE>
