PURPOSE:To perform efficient machining by preparing injection and suction passage to the axial direction of discharge machining electrode of which end portion is enlarged, and discharging erosion products existed between discharging gap and controlling the density of the erosion products. CONSTITUTION:A hole 9 is prepared to the center portion of the discharge working electrode 8 to which end is prepared with enlarged portion 8a, and an inner pipe 10 is inserted in the hole 9, so that the end of the pipe is fixed to the enlarged portion 8a and form an injection passage 11 and a suction passage 12. The passage 11 is opened to the side of the work 7, and the passage 12 is connected to the suction hole 18 machined in the radial direction. The work 7 and the electrode 8 are installed with miniature gap, and discharge working fluid 6 is being filled between the parts 7 and 8 and the discharge working fluid is injected through passage 11 when current is flown. Erosion products generated and those began to be condensed is recovered with the discharge working fluid through the section passage 12. |
