PURPOSE:To maintain machining accuracy by improving durability of the guide pin and the guide by way of giving the guide pin of a ball screw a function to absorb two directional vibrations. CONSTITUTION:In a device to give linear motion to the main axle through a ball screw interlocked with a servo-motor, a guide pin 62 for linear motion projecting in the radious direction from the stationary portion 60 of the ball screw to be movable in the direction of the axis of the guide pin in the guide 66 outside of the main shaft, and made free to osillate in the guide and making it as the center as shown in the drawing, against the lateral vibrations of X-axis and Y-axis direction caused by the bending of the screw portion 34. |
