In this case, an external circumference 19 of the base 17 is metallized and a center part 18 is made of a dielectric substance, allowing a metallic part 19 to be adhered to the lower surface part of the upper cover 14, and the center part 18 is coupled with the dielectric substance resonator 4 for the tip 8 of the screw. |
