<p>PURPOSE:To increase the temperature dependancy of oscillated frequency, by giving a jump voltage for upper and lower side Schmitt trigger to an emitter follower circuit. CONSTITUTION:A current from a voltage controlled type current source charges up a capacitor C2. A voltage across the capacitor C2 is applied to the base of a transistor (TR) Q6 constituting a Schmitt trigger via the emitter follower of a TRQ5. On the other hand, the emitter potential of a TRQ9 is applied to the base of a TRQ7 via the emitter follower of a TRQ8. With the Q6 turned on and the Q7 turned off, the Q9 turns on and the base potential of the Q8 is equal to the emitter potential of the Q9. Inversely, with the Q6 turned off and the Q7 turned on, the base potential of the Q8 is equal to the emitter potential of a Q10. Thus, the upper side jump voltage of the Schmitt trigger is depending on the emitter potential of the Q10 and the lower side jump voltage is decided with the emitter potential of the Q9.</p> |
