<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a wind power turbine from breaking due to its over-run in such a way that provision of auxiliary vanes which have their setting angles automatically variably in response to the number of revolution installed at part of the main vanes may increase output torque at the low air speed time, and may generate brake torque at the high air speed time. CONSTITUTION:The other end of wire 21 which has its one end fixed to a pulley 20 is coupled to a weight 12 that is put freely slidably in the radial direction in a sleeve 22 for the weight, the weight 12 retains a spring 10 under compression while it slides in the radial direction, thereby turning the pulley 20, turning a shaft 23 to be fitted with auxiliary vanes by means of bevel gears 17, 18, and changing the setting angles of the auxiliary vanes. This, by means that the weight 12 is displaced in the radial direction, its displacement is converted to the displaycement of the setting angles of the auxiliary vanes to main vanes, output torque air speed time is increased, brake torque is generated at the high air speed time, so that is may prevent a wind turbine from breaking due to its over-run.</p> |
