<p>PURPOSE:To utilize a recording medium effectively, by rerecording only an unnecessary part. CONSTITUTION:When an optional sentence is inputted from a keyboard device 1, its signal is encoded by a processing circuit 12, and is stored in a memory 15. Subsequently, in accordance with a command from the processing circuit 12, a data stored in the memory 15 is read out in order, and is supplied to a recording device 3. Also, in this case, before the data is read out from the memory, a header signal which has encoded a prescribed synchronizing signal, block number etc. is supplied to the recording device 3 from the processing circuit 12. In the header signal, an erase mark part showing whether erase is available or not is provided in advance. This erase mark part is in a state that erase is nor available, when recording a data, and when the data has become unnecessary, it is rewritten to a state that erase is available.</p> |
