PURPOSE:To make bonding simply, by plating a bonding member such as solder to a supporting section of a quartz oscillator bar. CONSTITUTION:A support 13 which is the base of a tuning fork type quartz oscillator 7 formed with a quartz pellet is plated with a bonding member 13 such as solder, Au or Su. Mass-processing can be made at a bundle because of plating. Since plating is once done, even if the processing for the suport is delayed, the degrading of strength due to minute oxidation of the support of quartz bar can be prevented. Since the bonding to the supoorting member can be made by melting the plating through heating, minute processing technology is not required and the bonding can simply be made. |
