PURPOSE:To wind and rewind a film stably and lightly, by constituting so that the winding shaft and the rewinding shaft are different in the speed ratio, and both of them are rotated positively, and also providing a friction clutch or a one-way clutch. CONSTITUTION:A one-way clutch 7 provided between a winding shaft gear 1 and a winding spool 2 is constituted of an inside wall 1a of the winding shaft gear 1, a clutch disk 7a, and a clutch inclined surface 7b of a clutch plate mounted on the upper end of the winding spool 2, and when the winding shaft gear 1 is rotated counterclockwise and relatively against the winding spool 2, the clutch disk 7a is engaged between the winding shaft gear 1 and the winding spool 2, unifies both of them, and a film is wound, and in other case, the clutch disk 7a becomes idle between the winding shaft gear 1 and the winding spool 2, and hold them in a state that they can be rotated independently. |
