PURPOSE:To prepare the titled agent effective to the stiffness in the shoulders, etc., by compounding one or two substances selected from the extract of KAKKON (root of Pueraria lobata OHWI), the extract of KANZO (roof of Glycyrrhiza uralensis FISCH. et DC.), glycyrrhizin or its salt and the extract of SHOKYO (rhizome of Zinigiber officinale ROSC.). CONSTITUTION:A composition containing one or two substances selected from KAKKON extract, KANZO extract, glycyrrhizin or its salt and SHOKYO extract is applied in the form of an external preparation such as ointment, poultice, bath liquid, etc. The KAKKON extract, KANZO extract, and glycyrrhizin or its salt have antiphlogistic and blood-circulation promoting activities, etc. is effective to the stiffness in the shoulders, and improves the complexion. The combined use of the SHOKYO extract having remarkable blood circulation promoting activity with the above components synergistically improves the activity of each component. |
