<p>PURPOSE:To improve the quick response by internally contacting a base metal composed of a base metal plate and a base metal powder layer with a cathode sleeve while pressing said layer against the inner wall of the sleeve then welding the base metal to the sleeve. CONSTITUTION:A metal baseboard member 311 and a nickel powder layer member 321 are laminated and sintered to produce a base metal member 331. Then said member 331 is punched to have the predetermined diameter thus to produce a base metal 33. Thereafter said metal 33 is contacted against the inside of a cathode sleeve 34 and pressed from the arrow direction by a punch to enlarge a nickel powder metal 32 in the circumferential direction thus to secure the basic metal 33 to the inner wall of the cathode sleeve. Thereafter the basic metal 33 and the cathode sleeve 34 are welded. Consequently the thin board basic metal having low thermal capacity can be secured with predetermined strength resulting in the improvement of the quick response.</p> |
