PURPOSE:To remove a pumping action of an optical fiber terminal core, and to improve a quality of a connecting part, by providing a groove part on the outside diameter of a capillary to be inserted into the terminal core. CONSTITUTION:Acording to this constitution, when a nylon core 2 is inserted into a terminal core 2, air bubbles 11 in the terminal core 1 are escaped from a groove part 9a provided on a capillary 9. As a result, it is also possible to remove microbending due to breakage of a fiber strand 8 and contraction of an adhesive. |
