Novel polypeptide derivatives of formula <IMAGE> wherein R1, R2, R3, R5, R6, Z and z have the meanings given in Patent Claim 1, B represents Gly or D-Ala and E represents the amino acids or amino alcohols mentioned in Patent Claim 1, are prepared in accordance with methods generally known in peptide chemistry. These compounds can be used for the treatment of pains of a great variety of origins.
