PURPOSE:To simplify the sealing work without causing a problem of contamination, and also to execute it at a low cost, by sealing an injection port of a liquid crystal display element, etc. by means of processing of 2 stages by use of resin of an adhesive agent of paraffin or silicone, and two-part epoxy resin. CONSTITUTION:A substrate 1 provided with 2 counter electrodes such as electrochromic display is sealed with a sealing material 2, and the injection port is sealed by 2 stages fater a liquid substance has been injected from the injection port. At first, as for the first stage, the injection port is sealed with paraffin wax or silicone resin 5 which is chemically inactive against the liquid substance, and as the second stage, epoxy resin 6 is applied on said resin and is cured. |
