PURPOSE:To relax an impact at the time of the mutual collision of cases containing semiconductor pellets by mounting pins to the end sections of the cases. CONSTITUTION:The corner sections of the IC cases are covered with the metallic surfaces 8 of the pins of the end sections. Accordingly, disconnection is not generated because the corners of the cases are not broken even when the cases mutually collide and external force is relaxed. This method can be executed only by altering the structure of the pins of the ends of the cases, and has high practicality and large effects. |
