PURPOSE:To omit an integrating circuit to make the circuit small-size, by connecting a capacitor of a capacity, which gives a delay to the output signal, between the base and the emitter of the phototransistor in a photocoupler to give a delay to the bias between the base and the emitter due to irradiation of a light. CONSTITUTION:An input signal IN is supplied to a light emitting diode 4 of a photocoupler 3, and a bias voltage +V is supplied through a resistance 9 to the collector of a phototransistor TR5 couple optically to the diode 4, and an output signal is taken out from the collector of the TR5. A capacitor 10 of a capacity which gives a delay to the output signal is connected between the base and the emitter of the TR5. Thus, a delay is given to the bias voltage between the base and the emitter due to irradiation of a light to omit an integrating circuit for giving a delay, thus making the delay circuit used in a photocoupler circuit small-size. |
