PURPOSE:To simplify a running driving device to reduce the cost, by recording business messages successively ater the recording position of an answer message on an endless tape and by positioning the head of the answer message by fast- forwarding. CONSTITUTION:An answer message OGM is recorded preliminarily in the beginning of an endless tape 15. At the first incoming of the telephone, the message OGM is reproduced, and a business message IGM1 from the calling subscriber is recorded on the tape 15, and the tape 15 is circulated once up to the position of a foil film 16 by fast-forwarding at the end of this recording. At the second incoming of the telephone, the first ICM1 is skipped by fast-forwarding after reproducing the message OGM on the tape 15, and the second ICM2 is recorded. Thus, since the head of the message OGM is positioned by the tape fast-forwarding operation for messages ICM1-ICMn, the rewinding function for the tape is not necessary at all. |
