发明名称 PERMANENT MAGNET COMPOSED OF RARE EARTH COBALT
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the permanent magnet having high magnetic performance by defining the composition of Sm-Pr-Co-Cu alloy, employing alloy whose macro texture of ingot at casting is a pillar shaped crystal, and manufacturing the magnet by resin bonding method. CONSTITUTION:In the alloy comprising Sm, Pr, Co, and Cu, the atomic ratio of this composition is expressed by a composition formula of Sm1-xPrx(Co1-uCuu)z. In this case, the alloy, whose main component is an R2Co17 type crystal (R denotes complex of Sm and Pr) with the composition range being 0<x<0.5, 0<u<0.2, and 6.5<=z<=9 is employed. Furthermore, the alloy, whose macro- structure of the ingot at the casting is mainly the pillar shaped crystal is used. The permanent magnet comprising rare earth cabalt is obtained by bonding the alloys with the resin. Said Pr is included in the Sm-Co-Cu alloy, saturated magnetization is enhanced, and magnetic retentivity and squareness are improved by the pillar shaped crystal formation, the magnet having excellent magnetic performance, molding propterty, workability, and cost can be obtained.
