PURPOSE:To diagnose highways automatically to improve the reliability of the system, by collating the signal of a specific channel of the transmission-side highway and the signal of a specific channel of the receiving-side highway with each other. CONSTITUTION:A specific channel 10 of a highway 3 is assigned as the channel for channel test, and the specific channel 0 of a transmission-side highway 3A is always folded to the specific channel 0 of a receiving-side highway 3B, and it is checked whether the same data (g) as highway data (e) of the transmission side is returned to the receiving-side highway or not. Consequently, the fault of a subscriber's circuit device 2 and highways 3 between this device 2 and a time division switch circuit 7 are diagnosed automatically. |
