PURPOSE:To prevent the service degradation for the occurrence of a fault, by reporting the fault guide only to faulty lines from an audio response device and by continuing the service of other lines. CONSTITUTION:A fixed message generating device 9 which can be connected selectively is provided for each line, and a main control device 6 connects each line to an audio response device 5 at the normalcy time. When the occurrence of a fault in a line N is detected, the audio response device 5 reports the line number N to the main control device 6, and the switching command of a selecting swtich 8-N is issued to a line controller 4, and the switch 8-N of the faulty line N is switched to the side of the fixed message generating device 9. Consequently, a fault guide message is transmitted only to the faulty line N. |
