PURPOSE:To improve the use efficiency of the switching network, by limiting the number of terminals, which are called simultaneously by a device which communicates simultaneously with plural terminals, to a value lower than a constant between this device and plural terminals constituting a representative group through the switching metwork. CONSTITUTION:Plural terminals T1-Tn constituting a representative group are connected to a device D which communicates simultaneously with plural terminals through a switching network SN. A constant value (k) smaller than (n) is determined in the device D; and when the device D calls terminals T1-Tk constituting the representative group, it is sufficient if the device D calls only the master terminal T1, and the switching network performs such control that idle terminals of other slave terminals T2-Tk are called successively, and the number of terminals called at the same time point is limited to a value equal to or lower than (k) in the device D. Rest (n-k)-number terminals can be called from another terminal T' and can call the terminal T'. |
