PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution and reduce the cost, by providing a circuit, which receives the originating subscribed identification number transmitted from a public data terminal, in a terminal number receiving device to register the indentification number in an index register. CONSTITUTION:By originating of a public data terminal 1, the terminal 1 is connected to a terminal number receiving device 9 through a subscriber's line 3 and a public data network channel 5, and the device 9 receives the subscriber number transmitted from the subscriber using the terminal 1. The subscriber number is set to a charging information collection index register 10 in a public network channel control device 8 through a control line 11. Hereafter, the destination subscriber number transmitted from the subscriber using the terminal 1 is received by the device 9 similarly to the general data teriminal, and the terminal 1 is connected to the destination terminal through the channel 5 by the device 8. Simultaneously, the charging processing for every subscriber indicated by the register 10 is performed by the device 8. |
