PURPOSE:To easily obtain chip constitution with which an operation margin is secured sufficiently, by providing a revolving magnetic field access minor loop for storing bubble magnetic domain information at enough distance to reduce bias magnetic field components generated by a beltlike conductor pattern. CONSTITUTION:Bubble magnetic domain information to be read in a minor loop 2 is transferred to the readout position 21 of the minor loop by applying an in-plane revolving magnetic field. When the bubble domain comes to the position 21, a current pulse is applied to a hairpin conductor to move the bubble magnetic domain to a bubble reception position. Further, the bubble magnetic domain is transferred to the bubble magnetic domain readout position 62 of a buffer loop and a conductor pattern is applied with a current to lead the bubble magnetic domain into a major transfer path 31. Then, the application of the in-plane revolving magnetic field is stopped and bubble magnetic domain driving currents J1 and J2 are applied to a beltlike two-layer conductor pattern to transfer the bubble magnetic domain through the major transfer path 31. |
