PURPOSE:To easily execute a slow and quick adjustment without using a data holding counter, by generating a slow and quick pulse during the period controlled by a coincidence output of a second counter signal which has been latched, and its second counter output, and a minute carry signal. CONSTITUTION:An output of a second counter 12 is set to a latching circuit 20, watching an indicator 19. Subsequently, minute display of the indicator 19 is carried by a carry output from the counter 12 and an FF22 is set. After that, when a set value of the circuit 20 coincides with a counting output of the counter 12 after carry, the FF20 is reset by a comparator 21, and before the next pulse from an oxcillator 9 is generated during the period controlled by a minute carry signal and a coincidence output of the comparator, through an NAND gate 23 and an exclusive OR circuit 10, a slow and quick pulse is applied to a frequency divider 11 from the circuit 10. Accordingly, the slow and quick adjustment is executed easily through an external operating member, watching the minute digit display, without using a data holding counter. |
