PURPOSE:To contrive reduction of both process of assembling work and the cost of materials for the subject stator by a method wherein a main magnetic pole and a shading pole are fabricated by forming one side of the stator member, which was formed in U-shape using an iron plate, and the main coil is inserted in the other side of the stator member through the intermediary of a reinforcing iron plate. CONSTITUTION:One side of the stator member 1, which was formed in U-shape, is formed into a forked shape by providing a groove 2 in the region from one side on the lateral side of the stator member extending to the longitudinal direction, and the main magnetic pole 3 and the shading pole are formed. Also, a shading coil 5 is installed on the shading pole 4, and at the same time, the stator is formed by attaching a main coil 7, which was wound on a bobbin 8, through the intermediary of the reinforcing iron plate 6. Then, the shading coil type motor is formed by rotatably assembling a winding core type rotor 11 above the main magnetic pole 3 and the shading pole 4 through the intermediary of bearings 13 and 16. Through these procedures, the assembling process of the rotor can be simplified and the cost of materials can also be greatly cut down. |
