PURPOSE:To realize the easy coding of voice with high efficiency, by obtaining a coincidence between the consumption of an aural signal recording medium and the consumption of the recording medium consumed when the aural signal is converted into the code signal to be recorded. CONSTITUTION:A signal is supplied to a process circuit 12 when an input sentence from a keyboard device 1 reached a prescribed line or a user pushes a prescribed switch. Then the code signals stored in a memory 15 are successively supplied to a recorder/reproducer 3 by a command given from the circuit 12. In this case, a command given from the circuit 12 is supplied to a control circuit 19 to set the recorder/reproducer 3 in a recording mode. At the same time, the command given from the circuit 12 is supplied to a control circuit 24 to double the normal speed of revolution of a motor M. The header code signal containing the prescribed synchronous signal and the page number with the code signal recorded is supplied and recorded to the recorder/reproducer 3 from the circuit 12 immediately before the reading carried out through the memory 15. |
