PURPOSE:To contrive reduction of working hours, simplification of work and improvement of reliability for the subject cable coupling part by a method wherein the molding material, which was preformed in the prescribed shape, is arranged in a molding mold, fused by heating and then submersible motor cable connecting part is clamped and hardened. CONSTITUTION:Te molding material is preheated to the fusing point plus 10- 20 deg.C, i.e., 50-140 deg.C, by adjusting the voltage of rubber heater 7 to be used for hardening. Then, under the condition wherein a molding mold is opened, the preformed molding material is set in the molding mold 3, and after the cable coupling part 10 for submersible motor, whereon an insulating treatment will be performed after fusion, has been quickly set, the molding mold 3 is closed, clamping is performed a hardening treament by heating is performed at the approximate temperature of 150 deg.C for one to two hours, the molding material is released from the mold, and the manufacture of the subject cable coupling part for submersible motor is completed. Thus, as the cable coupling part is formed in one body by fusing, the working hours can be reduced, the work can be simplified and the reliability of the product can also be improved. |
