PURPOSE:To secure the sufficient fixing strength with a small space for the subject rotor by a method wherein resin is filled in between a plurality of thin coil ring. CONSTITUTION:The coil rings 10c, which were formed in ring-shape in advance, are placed in the concaved section of a molding stand one by one, and are formed by applying pressure and heat with a punch. Also, a thin coil plate 10e formed in fan-shape is superposed by shifting so as to let a terminal section to protrude a little, and the terminal part where winding is started is connected to a hollow part. Then, two winding-terminated parts are connected to the terminal of a commutator 10b, and are set in a molding mold. At this point, a microscopic gap is formed between the surface of coil rings 10c and 10c, and a simultaneous molding is performed using resin. The rotor 10 is formed by filling resin between each coil ring 10c and fixing the coil rings. As resin is filled in the gap, sufficient strength can be given to the thin rotor. |
