PURPOSE:To achieve recording to and reproduction from a small-sized tape cassette by a standard recording and reproducer by providing an adapter with a tape drawing-out mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A small-sized cassette A is contained in an adapter C. Arms 102 and 108 are rotatable around shafts respectively, and ropes 106 and 110 are fitted to an operating lever 107. As the operating lever 107 turns as shown by an arrow (a), the arms 102 and 108 are displaced to form a tape path for standard type. Through the reversing of the gear of the operating lever 107, each gear turns for transmission and a tape is wound around the take-up side reel 23 of the small-sized cassette. During recording and reproduction, the transmission of the gears is eliminated. |
