摘要 PURPOSE:To realize the storage with high accuracy and a small capacity of memory, by providing a picture fetching accuracy selecting circuit that performs the rough storage when a full screen is fetched into a picture memory of a certain capacity and carrying out the storage with higher accuracy when a smaller part of the screen is fetched into the memory respectively. CONSTITUTION:The signal delivered from a clock generator 1 is supplied to a mono-multi 5 via a 1/2 dividers 2 and 3 plus a 1/64 divider 4 to produce and deliver a horizontal synchronous signal HD. The signal is furthermore supplied to a mono-multi 9 via a 1/2 dividers 6 and 7 plus a 1/64 dividers 8 to produce and deliver a vertical synchronous signal VD. The video signal VS of a TV camera is supplied to a digital converter 35. Various types of clock signal are supplied to X and Y multiplexers 26 and 27, and a type of clock signal is selected among these signals in accordance with a viewfield selection signal S1 corresponding to the picture fetching from. Picture fetching original point signals SX0 and SY0 are supplied to X0 and Y0 latching circuits 20 and 23 respectively. Each part is actuated by the fetching start signal ST, and an optional region is stored and displayed with high efficiency.
