Alluvial earth or laterite, screened to a maximum of mesh 10, is compounded while being mixed with water, cement and aluminium lignosulphite and sulphate, in the following proportions: Water: : 4 to 6 parts Aluminium lignosulphite and sulphate : 0.08 to 0.1 part Cement : 3 to 6 parts Alluvial earth or laterite : 100 parts The mixture is then moulded under pressure so as to form a block and this block is finally dried.
