<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a heat generating material compsn. exhibiting good rise of the heat generating temperature, by blending cupric oxide with either component of a two-component heat generating agent compsn. utilizing the heat of redox reaction. CONSTITUTION:In a two-component heat generating agent compsn. consisting of a component (A) composed of 100pts.wt. water, not more than 75pts.wt. cupric chloride and not less than 30pts.wt. vermiculite and a component (B) composed of iron powder, not more than 20pts.wt. (per 100pts.wt. water in component A) cupric oxide is blended with either component A or component B. Pref. component B is used in an amount of 0.1-7 times the amount by weight of water in component A. 30-300pts.wt. (per 100pts.wt. vermiculite in component A) coconut shell charcoal may be blended with component A.</p> |
