PURPOSE:To prevent coming off of a thin band from a drum due to centrifugal force of the rotating drum in a high speed coiler of rotating drum type by arranging elastic plates around the rotating drum. CONSTITUTION:Elastic thin plates 8 are fixed to a thin plate fixing plate 7 on the circumference of a coiler 3 with bolts 9. These are provided at several places so that a thin band 5 does not part from the coiler 9 due to centrifugal force. Thin plate 8 also fitted to a thin band guide 6 to carry the thin band to the coiler smoothly. Since the thin plates 8 are fixed to the thin plate fixing device 7, rotation speed is zero and centrifugal force due to rotation of the coiler 3 does not act. It is enough to give force that overcome centrifugal force received by the thin band coiled to the coiler 3 by spring force, magnetic force etc.
