PURPOSE:To execute the conversion satisfactorily, by recording a sound signal in a memory for recording a code signal, and recording the sound signal by a unit of a prescribed quantity. CONSTITUTION:When a sentence inputted from a keyboard device attains to 40 lines, or a user pushes a prescribed switch of a switch 5, this signal is supplied to a CPU12. The CPU12 makes 40 lines a unit so that 1 unit each is recorded in a memory 15. Also, when a sound signal from a microphone 7 is supplied to a recording and reproducing device 3 and a recording switch in the switch is depressed, the device 3 is set to a recording mode. Subsequently, a pilot signal is formed at intervals corresponding to a recording time of a code signal of 1 page portion, by the CPU12, and this pilot signal is modulated to a tone signal, is supplied to the device 3, and is recorded. |
