PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a capacitor and to miniaturize a watch, by a method wherein one terminal of a cell holder having a conductivity is caused to act as a cell power source feeding terminal and the other terminal to work as an autoclear signal generating terminal. CONSTITUTION:A holder 7, holding a cell 6 at a circuit substrate 8 through a spring 11, has approximately Y-shaped terminals 71, 72, and 73. The terminal 71 is secured to a rib 16 formed on a module body 5, and one end of the terminal 72 makes contact with a printed circuit substrate 8 to supply a cell power source from the cell 6 through the holder 7. Meanwhile, the terminal 73 of the holder 7 is secured to the rib by means of a screw 15, and the one end of the terminal 73 makes contact with the circuit substrate 8 to constitute it as an autoclear signal generating terminal. |
