<p>PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of a photocoupling interrupter by providing the first and second light guides between a light emitting element and a photoreceiving element carried on the same substrate of a hybrid integrated circuit, and optically coupling them via a gap for passing the light shield. CONSTITUTION:The first and second light guides 23, 29 are provided between a light emitting element 17 and a photoreceiving element 18 carried on the same substrate of a hybrid integrated circuit, and are optically coupled via gap 37 for passing light shied 36. For example, the first convex lens 21 may be preferably inserted between the element 17 and the first light guide 23, and the second convex lens 27 may be preferably inserted between the element 18 and the second light guide 29. Thus, the production process can be simplified, and the accuracy can be enhanced.</p> |
