PURPOSE:To obtain a modulated output, by providing an ultrasonic wave transducer for control and a resistance variable circuit between the ultrasonic wave transducers for input and output. CONSTITUTION:A control transducer 10 is disposed between an input transducer 20 and an output transducer 30. A resistance variable circuit 50 is connected to the transducer 10. A signal applied to the transducer 20 transmits the transducer 10 as sound waves or is absorbed for the energy, resulting that a signal modulated by a signal given to the resistance variable circuit 50 is obtained via the transducer 30.
