<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the terminal device from being discriminated as failure in error, by transmitting a signal indicating that the operation is under preparation to the start request from a controller, while a terminal device receiving a power supply application command normally operates. CONSTITUTION:When a power supply controller 3 receives a power supply application command via a receiver 5, the application of power supply is indicated to a terminal device 4 via a command interpreting section 7. At the same time, a terminal device operation preparing signal is transmitted from a signal generator 8 to a central processing unit via a driver 6'. When a hard disc device 13 in the terminal device normally turns and self diagnosis for various hardwares is made, a machine ready pointer 15 is set, the device 3 makes effective a driver 6 and a receiver 5' and connects the terminal device 4 to a circuit.</p> |
