<p>The liquified gas lighter, particularly a pocket lighter, comprises a combustion head, a fuel container and, between the two, a non-adjustable sizing device for dimensioning the length of the flame. This device has a metering disc formed by a microporous sheet appropriate to be traversed by the fuel. The face of this sheet orientated towards the fuel container is sealingly secured by its edge by means of a clamping ring of which the hole allows the passage of the fuel. A gas-permeable layer is arranged on the other face of the sheet, orientated towards the combustion head, and forms with such sheet an integral part. The fixing disc (15) provides for the closing of the lower end of the sizing device (12, 13, 14, 15, 16). In a normal position of use of the lighter, this end is constantly at a distance and above the liquid phase of the fuel. The space between the sizing device and the level (21) of the liquid is free of components.</p> |
